Offshore Copper Nickel Pipe Fittings are manufactured for demanding seawater and utility piping systems on offshore platforms, FPSO units, FSO units, offshore support vessels and marine engineering projects. CuNi 90/10 material offers reliable resistance to seawater corrosion, making it suitable for continuous operation in harsh offshore environments.

Our offshore copper nickel product range covers seamless and welded pipes, long radius elbows, tees, reducers, marine flanges and BSP threaded fittings. These components are commonly used in seawater cooling systems, fire water systems, ballast lines, drain lines, desalination systems and utility seawater distribution networks.

Products are available in CuNi 90/10 C70600, CuNi10Fe1Mn and equivalent grades. Manufacturing and inspection can follow project requirements such as DIN 86019, DIN EN 12450, ASTM B466 / ASME SB466, EEMUA 146, ASME B16.9 and JIS B2220. For critical offshore projects, we can provide PMI testing, hydrostatic testing, radiographic testing for welded seams, ultrasonic testing and complete material traceability.

All offshore CuNi fittings are supplied with seaworthy export packing, plastic end protection, anti-tarnish oil treatment and clear item marking for easy installation and site management.
