Marine Copper Nickel Pipe Fittings
Marine CuNi 90/10 pipe fittings for ship seawater cooling, fire main, ballast and bilge systems. Available in pipes, elbows, tees, reducers, flanges and BSP threaded fittings with MTC and optional class approval.
Marine Copper Nickel Pipe Fittings are designed for shipboard seawater piping systems where corrosion resistance, dimensional accuracy and long service life are critical. Manufactured from genuine CuNi 90/10 material, also known as C70600, CuNi10Fe1Mn or WL 2.1972, these components provide excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, biofouling and erosion.
Our marine CuNi product range includes copper nickel pipes, 90° and 45° elbows, equal and unequal tees, concentric reducers, JIS 5K/10K inner weld flanges, BSP sockets and BSP threaded nipples. They are widely used in seawater cooling lines, fire main systems, ballast systems, bilge systems, desalination units and other ship piping networks.
Products can be supplied according to DIN 86019, DIN EN 12450, ASTM B466 / ASME SB466, EEMUA 146, ASME B16.9 and JIS B2220 requirements. Each order can be supplied with EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate, PMI report, dimensional inspection report and optional third-party inspection by ABS, DNV, CCS, LR, BV, RINA or KR.
Key advantages include 100% virgin CuNi 90/10 material, accurate dimensions, uniform wall thickness, pickled and passivated surface, anti-tarnish protection and seaworthy plywood case packaging
